Yes. AAC provides all services from conceptual design to startup and commissioning. Our services encompass project conceptual design, project management, engineering and design, automation and control, electrical construction and mechanical fabrication services. We handle projects from simple drive in a box panel fabrication to complete designs and installations of whole manufacturing facilities.
The process…. Once a design concept and initial drawing set is approved, AAC Provides a project manager which becomes the single point of contact. The project manager’s duty is to manage and organize the project and all resources involved. This is done by a kickoff meeting where all parties involved, including our clients, will get a copy of a detailed project scope, timelines, and specific instructions as to what is expected from everyone involved. Weekly progress reports are held to update project status, timelines, and to add additional resources if necessary. And at AAC, customer satisfaction is our goal. We strive to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients. We work diligently at the end of every project to make sure our clients are satisfied and all expectations are met or exceeded.

AAC has a technical person on call 24/7/365 days of the year. The way we handle emergency services is an initial call comes through our emergency service number, 570.484.5842. It is fielded by an on call engineer initially to see if the problem can be resolved over the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved, the on-call engineer will be dispatched with all pertinent information to perform an on-site service call.
